COVID-19 Spa Office Policies: Cancellation
Amid the ongoing uncertainty of COVID-19, we have modified our cancellation policy to offer greater flexibility to all our clients. We hope this will alleviate any stress and hesitation you have about an upcoming appointment. If you need to reschedule for whatever reason, and especially if you are not feeling well, we understand and request for you to please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. To further support you, there will be No Penalties for cancellations at this time.
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to register. If you arrive late, your appointment will be shortened out of consideration for the next customer.
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, 24 hours advance notice is REQUIRED to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment to avoid the fee. Please note that we request deposit to be paid to secure bookings
NO SHOWS must make a new deposit.

Our staff reserves time for each of our clients. When appointments are late / canceled/ no showed/ or running late, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment with another client.
Our treatments are specially tailored for adults; however, we do offer treatments to those aged 13-18 with parental consent.
For children 17 and under receiving service (required by state law), a parent or guardian MUST remain in the treatment room during services.
When making your booking, please advise us of any health conditions and any medication you are taking. For certain medical conditions we will require written permission from your doctor to proceed. Please speak to your esthetician for more information.
Inform your esthetician if you are pregnant to allow us to tailor your experience. Please note our pregnancy and safety policy: no treatments can be given in the first 12 weeks of pregnancy.

To achieve maximum results ,make sure you are hydrated before and after appointment.
Results vary for each client as each individual is different. .
SICKNESS OR FAMILY EMERGENCY
If you, or another person in your household, has an infectious or contagious illness, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date. There is no penalty or time frame required in this case, for your safety and that of other clients
Once the treatment has been rendered, we expect that the results will vary from client to client depending on their lifestyle, eating habits, and exercise to maintain the efficacy of the treatment.

All services are non-transferable to other services or other people.
Deposits can not be transferred to other services once initial booking is made.
No children or extra company will be allowed during your treatment. Due to the privacy required for the service, we work to respect everyone’s time and space.
Cell Phone Usage:
To honor our quiet spa atmosphere, please refrain from the use of cell phones and turn the ringer to silent or vibrate prior to entering the spa.
There are no refunds on gift certificates
Unfortunately, we are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transactions on gift certificates even if lost, misplaced or stolen. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed as cash. Gift Certificates must be mentioned when making your appointment.
Gratuity is not included in the price of service or spa packages, customary tipping runs 15% to 20% but is, of course, at your discretion.
Please leave all jewelry and valuable items at home. Sexytique Organics is not responsible for lost or misplaced items.
